Roles and Responsibility:

 Pedagogical Leadership:

  • Provide expertise in pedagogy and instructional design to guide the development and implementation of effective teaching methods across various subjects.
  • Collaborate with educators and instructional designers to enhance curriculum development and ensure alignment with best practices in pedagogy.

Subject Didactics:

  • Conduct research and stay current on educational trends and advancements within specific subject areas.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to educators, focusing on subject-specific pedagogical approaches and methodologies.

Curriculum Enhancement:

  • Analyze and assess existing curricula to identify areas for improvement in pedagogical strategies.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to integrate innovative teaching techniques and technologies into the curriculum.

Professional Development:

  • Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for teachers to enhance their understanding and application of effective pedagogical practices.
  • Mentor educators to improve their teaching skills, with a focus on subject-specific didactics.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Collaborate with assessment teams to develop and refine evaluation methods that align with pedagogical goals and subject-specific learning outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on the development of formative and summative assessments that promote meaningful learning experiences.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and instructional design.
  • In-depth knowledge of subject didactics and the ability to apply pedagogical principles across various disciplines.
