The Admissions Practice
Here are some simple steps toward becoming a global learner with Knowledgeum Academy
Our admissions process is expansive but enjoyable. We've created our application form to learn more about you to navigate you better towards your academic goals. The Knowledgeum Admission Process (KAP) is designed to thoroughly assess you, ensuring that you demonstrate academic potential, personal excellence, creativity, alignment with our values, and readiness to succeed in the IB curriculum and beyond.
Your Journey Starts Here
Knowledgeum Academy welcomes students from diverse backgrounds, and each application at Knowledgeum goes through a rigorous review process. There is no one piece of information—academic and extracurricular records, Aptitude Test scores—that alone determines whether or not you would be a good fit for the Academy. Instead, we want you to go through the application, demonstrate to us who you are? what is your story? why did you choose to pursue certain opportunities? what activities are most meaningful to you? so that we can understand you better. Here is the step-by-step process.
Enquire with us
Register your interest in pursuing the IB Diploma Programme or IB Career-related Programme at the Knowledgeum Academy by making an enquiry here. After registration, you'll receive an email with details for an online information session hosted by our Applications team. Additionally, you can arrange a campus visit and schedule a one-on-one counselling session with our Applications Counsellor by making an appointment.
Fill the Application form
If you meet the eligibility criteria, then you are required to fill out and submit an Application Form which includes your personal portfolio, academic background, a personal statement.
Aptitude Test
After filling out the application form, you are required to appear for an aptitude test. The online aptitude-based test assesses your critical thinking and application skills. If you are shortlisted, you will be informed via email to attend a personal interview.
Personal Interview
You will have a face-to-face interaction with the Admission Selection Committee.
Selection Status
If you are selected, a provisional admission offer letter will be sent to you via email. On remittance of the Admission fee (One-time, Non-refundable) within 7 working days of receiving the PAO, you shall be enrolled as a candidate.
