Odyssey 2024: A Journey of Talent and Innovation

The much-awaited Odyssey 2024 by Knowledgeum Academy returned with grandeur on the 19th and 20th of November, bringing together creativity, innovation, and collaboration. This year’s theme, Catalyst, embraced the tagline Challenge the Status Quo, setting the tone for an inspiring two-day celebration.

The events were thoughtfully categorised into three Es:

• Emote: Performance-based events like dance, music, and fashion shows.
• Excel: Skill-driven events such as interactive installations, digital graffiti, and city-building.
• Experience: Immersive sessions focused on visual arts, design thinking, and future tech workshops.

Day 1 welcomed students from grades 8–10, offering them not just insights into the world of IBDP but also opportunities to compete across various events. JAIN Heritage School, Hebbal, emerged as the overall winners on the first day, showcasing exceptional talent and teamwork.

Day 2 had students from grades 11–12 and PU participate in thrilling competitions that pushed boundaries and challenged norms. Christ Junior College claimed the overall trophy, leaving a mark with their outstanding performances and creativity.

Odyssey, Bengaluru’s vibrant fest, served as a platform for young talents to showcase their skills and creativity while embracing the spirit of innovation.

The highlight of the fest was a special performance by Tarana, a high-energy seven-piece band that had the audience on their feet, creating unforgettable memories.

As we wrap up Odyssey 2024, we look forward to an even bigger and better celebration in 2025!
