The Outbound Learning Programme 2026 was held on 25th June 2026 at Eagles Outbound Learning for the incoming batch of Knowledgeum Academy. The day began with an orientation at the campus, a safety briefing, and encouragement of meaningful peer interaction throughout the programme.
Upon arrival, learners were divided into three teams – Team Cat, Team Chicken, and Team Dog. They participated in a series of instructor-led team-building activities, including Rope Elements, Pop-Pipe Marble Balancing, and Number Series Collection, designed to strengthen communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The afternoon was filled with individual adventure activities such as Archery, Target Shooting, Wall Climbing, and the Zipline, while learners not participating in these challenges enjoyed leisure sports including cricket, volleyball, basketball, and throwball, ensuring inclusive participation.
A memorable highlight of the day was the opportunity to celebrate the birthday of Major General V.P.S. Bhakuni (Retd.), owner of the training facility. Learners interacted with future Army professionals, gaining valuable exposure to leadership and service.
The programme successfully fostered teamwork, confidence, and lasting friendships, with the phone-free environment playing a key role in strengthening learner bonding and creating a memorable start to their journey at Knowledgeum Academy.
