Photography

This course will allow students to familiarise themselves with photography and the various factors that go behind taking great photographs. From lights to tones, to frames to subjects, this workshop will help you understand photography and further enhance your photography skills.
  • Understanding key factors such as framing, colouring and direction of light and more
  • Learning about ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed, Temperature, Metering
  • Exploring various types of photography such as still life photography, portrait photography, architectural photography, etc.
  • DSLR or Mirrorless camera body with the following compatible lenses:
  • Wide angle (Typically 16-35mm)
  • Nifty 50 (Typically 50mm)
  • Telephoto (Typically 70-200mm)

Mr. Pramukh Bajaj has been trained by industry leaders at Light & Life Academy and has over half a decade of experience with a diverse clientele such as Royal Enfield, Ducati, and Throttle Wide Open. He has repackaged his professional knowledge into smaller receptive forms for easy understanding by younger students who wish to take up photography as a hobby or a profession in the future.

The summer workshop will be held at the JAIN Knowledge Campus, 44/4, District Fund Road, Behind Big Bazaar, Jayanagar 9 th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560069.
The summer workshop is going to be held for 10 days over 2 weeks – 5 days per week.
Yes, we will be providing all the materials for the visual arts workshop and the leadership programme. However, you will require a laptop - 8 GB RAM, 100 GB Hard Disk space and Intel i3, i5, i7 (5th Gen or Above), and a DSLR or Mirrorless camera body with the following compatible lenses:-
  • Wide angle (Typically 16-35mm)
  • Nifty 50 (Typically 50mm)
  • Telephoto (Typically 70-200mm)
No, the children will not be accompanied by their parents inside the workshop.
Yes, the workshop will be conducted in group sessions.
Your child will miss the respective session(s) and will not be able repeat it.
