Quest for Success

On September 20, 2024, Knowledgeum Academy hosted an inspiring guest talk by Mr. Abhishek Malani, Founder and CEO of Quest for Success, aimed at guiding learners through the complexities of education and college admissions. During the session, Mr. Malani covered various topics, including the importance of academic grades and standardised tests like the SAT, which is conducted seven times a year, with a maximum score of 800 in both the Math and English sections. He also provided tips on tackling unique question formats in the SAT and introduced learners to AP (Advanced Placement) exams, which offer an alternative pathway by enabling learners to earn college credits. Additionally, he shared valuable insights into building a strong college profile, emphasising the role of extracurricular and co-curricular activities, research projects, and summer programmes. Mr. Malani further discussed the concept of mind mapping, a technique used for visualising, organising ideas, and managing information. He concluded the session by showcasing CVs of successful learners, offering inspiration and clarity to the attendees. The talk was well-received, leaving learners motivated and empowered to take control of their academic journeys and achieve their aspirations.
