International Mindedness Week: Mathematics Quest 2025

The Mathematics Quest 2025, held on 19th December 2025 at Knowledgeum Academy was an engaging interhouse competition conducted as part of International Mindedness Week. Designed for DP1 and DP2 learners, the event encouraged learners to explore mathematics as a universal language through teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. Participants took part in a range of interactive activities including Data Detectives, Global Currency Chase, Rubik’s Cube Sprint, Tessellation, The Riddle Vault, Human Math Charades, Tower of Hanoi, and Integration Bee.

These challenges combined logic, strategy, and collaboration, helping learners appreciate the relevance of mathematics beyond the classroom. The event fostered leadership, communication, and inquiry-based thinking while promoting open-mindedness and global perspectives. Overall, Mathematics Quest 2025 was a meaningful and enjoyable experience that highlighted mathematics as a powerful tool for thinking, collaboration, and global connection.
