The Global Food Fest, held on 20th December 2025 at Knowledgeum Academy, was organised as an inter-house Cooking Without Fire competition aimed at promoting creativity, teamwork, time management, and culinary awareness among learners. As part of the challenge, each house prepared four dishes, one traditional Indian dish and three international cuisine items, including a welcome drink or dessert, a starter, and a main course.
Houses Auriga, Apus, and Aquila showcased impressive culinary skills through a thoughtfully curated menu featuring global favourites such as nachos, tacos, burritos, bruschetta, gazpacho, summer rolls, and a variety of pastas, alongside flavourful Indian chaat dishes that reflected authenticity and innovation. The event was judged by Ms. Deepti Kumari, a food influencer and Zumba instructor, who appreciated the participants’ creativity, presentation, and understanding of global and Indian cuisines. Overall, the Global Food Fest was a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity, collaboration, and culinary expression.
