Experiential Learning through the Mysore Industrial Visit

On 7th October 2025, learners from Knowledgeum Academy, along with educators, participated in an Outbound Learning Activity to Mysore. The visit included a tour of the Maxvita Production Unit and the Mysore Railway Museum, aimed at promoting experiential learning beyond the classroom.

At Maxvita Foods, learners observed the snack manufacturing process and learned about automation, hygiene, and quality control. They interacted with industry professionals and gained valuable insights into business operations. The visit to the Mysore Railway Museum offered a glimpse into India’s railway heritage, featuring vintage locomotives, royal coaches, and interactive exhibits.

Learners appreciated the hands-on exposure and real-world learning experience. The well-organised visit successfully connected theoretical knowledge with practical understanding, making it both educational and memorable.
